Duties & Responsibilities

Planning, designing, and managing all Information Technologies infrastructure processes before the hotel opening.
Coordinating IT infrastructure during the construction phase; performing technical supervision of network, fiber, server room, low-voltage, and automation infrastructures.
Ensuring all IT systems were commissioned, tested, and made operationally ready in line with the opening schedule.
Managing IT infrastructure integration processes in coordination with construction, electrical, mechanical, and operations teams.
Managing on-site installation processes for server rooms, rack cabinets, UPS infrastructures, active network devices, and data lines.
Carrying out technical infrastructure preparations, user tests, and operational transition processes for all hotel operation departments before opening.
Designing, installing, commissioning, and operationally managing the full hotel IT infrastructure within Concorde Luxury Resort Hotel & Casino & Spa.
Managing information security, data privacy, access authorizations, backup policies, and system continuity processes.
Installing, managing, maintaining, and optimizing all physical and virtual server infrastructures.
Building Active Directory infrastructure from scratch, configuring group policies, managing user authorizations, and providing centralized administration.
Installing, monitoring, and operationally tracking the NTI Smart Server Room infrastructure.
Installing, maintaining, and managing CCTV/IP camera systems, recording servers, and security monitoring infrastructure.
Managing corporate mail server infrastructure, applying security policies, and ensuring data protection processes.
Managing Information Technologies system continuity, cybersecurity, and digital identity protection processes.
Designing full-site uninterrupted wireless network (Wi-Fi) systems with Aruba infrastructure, including AP mapping, installation, and performance monitoring.
Installing hotspot internet authentication systems, managing security, and generating user log reports.
Installing rack cabinets, switches, patch panels, and active devices in indoor and outdoor network infrastructures, including maintenance and management processes.
Installing, configuring, managing, and ensuring operational continuity of Karel IP PBX systems.
Planning, organizing, and managing all technical infrastructure installations for server rooms and Information Technologies offices.
Managing maintenance, fault handling, and technical support processes for televisions, phones, computers, printers, access points, and POS devices across the hotel.
Installing, mounting, and managing IP television systems, satellite infrastructures, and broadcasting systems.
Designing, installing, maintaining, and testing fiber optic and structured cabling infrastructures.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports for management and Information Technologies departments.
Actively participating in board meetings regarding technical processes, investments, and operational developments.
Installing and integrating security checkpoints and TOM systems, and preparing daily operational reports.
Configuring remote access systems, audio-light automation panels, touch panel management, and secure network infrastructures.
Installing, licensing, updating, and operationally tracking all software packages used within the company.
Backing up and archiving telephone exchange call records and managing access processes when required.
Integrating, installing, maintaining, and operationally managing hotel automation systems.
Following next-generation technologies, improving existing systems, and contributing to digital transformation processes.
Installing, integrating, and supervising NFC card payment systems and handheld terminal infrastructure used in F&B operations.
Tracking all product, service, quotation, purchasing, invoice, and payment processes within Information Technologies.
Managing technical and operational relationships with outsourced service providers and suppliers while prioritizing company interests.
Carrying out hotel-wide duty manager responsibilities and preparing operational reports (3-4 days per month).
Managing full-site IT infrastructure, maintenance processes, and technical support operations for casino operations.
Installing and managing facial recognition systems, personnel tracking solutions, and biometric access systems.
Installing file server infrastructures in line with authorization policies, and managing backup, data management, and maintenance operations.
Managing, integrating, and providing technical operational support for Front Office, Accounting, Warehouse, Cost Control, Spa, and fault/complaint tracking applications.
Managing special internet services, private network solutions, and technical service sales processes for group guests.
Managing the technical infrastructure of Business Center services and guest support processes.
Installing and operating POS Micros infrastructures, NFC card-based credit service systems, and expense tracking solutions.
Installing, integrating, and maintaining wireless waiter call systems.
Monitoring, checking, and managing operational usage processes for main fire alarm panel systems.
Performing IT budget planning, cost analysis, investment planning, and operational expense control.
Managing Info Channel and kiosk systems across the hotel, including advertising, announcements, concert content, and visual broadcasting processes.
Managing IP television systems for hotel rooms and halls, including dynamic content broadcasting, movie sales, and room service integrations.
Handling end-user IT inventory installations, device management, and technical support processes for all company offices.
Ensuring secure operation of card-based door lock systems, managing integration processes, and performing detailed system administration.
Ensuring targets are followed in line with the enterprise quality policies and supporting quality management systems.
Managing IT personnel, shift and leave planning, training processes, performance evaluations, and legal process follow-up.
Centrally managing, maintaining, planning, and operationally tracking a total of 3,639 active IT devices and systems.
