Duties & Responsibilities

Modernization, renewal, and continuity management of the server room infrastructure.
Management, monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization of the network infrastructure.
Installation, configuration, and administration of physical and virtual server systems.
Ensuring uninterrupted operation and business continuity of the IT infrastructure.
Management and security of hotel management systems (PMS) and integrated automation systems.
Management of POS systems, payment infrastructures, and related integrations.
Setup, updates, publishing management, and technical continuity of the corporate website.
Installation, license tracking, updates, and technical support for packaged software used within the company.
Centralized management, improvement, and operational continuity of hotel IT systems.
Execution of improvement activities to increase system performance and resolution of technical issues.
Management of end-user support processes, resolution of technical support requests, and ensuring user satisfaction.
Preparation of IT department budgets, cost analyses, and activity reports for senior management.
Planning of IT projects, procurement processes, contract management, and operational coordination.
Project planning, installation, and management of fingerprint, personnel tracking, and turnstile access systems.
Project planning, installation, maintenance, and centralized management of CCTV / IP camera systems.
Management of network planning, live broadcast infrastructure, and technical operations for broadcast organizations.
