Duties & Responsibilities

Planning, project management, field coordination, and commissioning management of all Information Technology operations in greenfield hotel opening processes.
Management of comprehensive IT infrastructure projects, system rooms, low-voltage, network, and data center installation processes.
Establishment and management of information security policies, data privacy, cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
Installation, maintenance, performance, monitoring, and continuity management of physical and virtual server infrastructures.
Greenfield installation of Active Directory infrastructure, user authorizations, group policies, and domain management.
Installation, integration, and operational tracking of NTI Smart Server Room infrastructures.
Management of CCTV camera systems, recording servers, security infrastructures, and central monitoring systems.
Management, security, backup, and continuity of corporate mail server infrastructures.
Implementation of IT business continuity, access control, and identity security policies.
Management of Ruckus wireless network infrastructure, AP planning, heatmap analyses, uninterrupted internet access, and field optimizations.
Execution of hotspot, captive portal, secure internet authentication systems, and log management processes.
Management of outdoor and indoor network infrastructures, switch, fiber, rack cabinet, and active device installations.
Hotel-wide installation, integration, and management of LG IP PBX and IP phone systems.
Installation and organization of data center, server room, and IT offices in accordance with international standards.
Management of maintenance, fault, and technical support processes for computers, printers, POS devices, IP phones, access points, and peripherals hotel-wide.
Installation and management of IPTV, satellite broadcast systems, central TV infrastructures, and digital broadcast solutions.
Project design, field applications, and maintenance management of fiber optic and structured cabling infrastructures.
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly IT operation reports for the board of directors and senior management.
Participation in daily management meetings and coordination of operational technology processes.
Installation and reporting of security turnstiles, checkpoints, and personnel access control systems.
Execution of remote access, authentication, and private network management processes for audio, lighting, automation, and touch panel systems.
Management and operational tracking of all software, licenses, ERP, and packaged programs used within the company.
Execution of backup, archiving, and management processes for telephone exchange call recording systems.
Installation and management of hotel automation systems, PMS integrations, and third-party system integrations.
Research of next-generation technologies, innovation processes, and development of digital transformation projects.
Installation and auditing of NFC card payment systems, handheld terminals, and sales infrastructures for F&B operations.
Management of purchasing, quotation, budget, service contract, invoice, and payment processes belonging to the IT department.
Management of professional business relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and solution partners while prioritizing company interests.
On-duty management responsibilities hotel-wide and operational process reporting.
Management of comprehensive IT infrastructure, system continuity, and technical support processes for casino operations.
Installation and management of facial recognition, personnel tracking, and biometric security systems.
Installation, backup, and maintenance management of file server infrastructures in accordance with authorization policies.
Operational management of Front Office, Accounting, Warehouse, Cost Control, Technical Service, Spa, and call/fault tracking software.
Management of special internet infrastructures and technology service sales operations for group events and VIP guests.
Operational tracking of Business Center services and guest technology support processes.
Installation and operation of POS Micros infrastructures, NFC credit systems, expense tracking, and point-of-sale automations.
Management of wireless waiter call systems, service automations, and integration processes.
Control and operational support of fire alarm panels, emergency systems, and integration infrastructures.
Management of IT budget planning, cost control, investment analysis, and purchasing processes.
Management of digital kiosks, Info Channel, and advertising displays; coordination of announcements, concerts, campaigns, and visual content processes.
Installation and management of IP TV systems for hotel rooms and halls; digital movie sales, interactive room service, and dynamic menu infrastructures.
